EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind but an exchange can be arranged if terms and conditions are met. Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days from the day the parcel was received to arrange for an exchange or return.
Please note that all exchanges should be returned to us through registered or traceable postage, as heroes & villains will not be held responsible for lost mails during the exchange/return process. Items must be unworn, tagged and returned in their original condition and packaging to be considered for exchange. All items will be inspected on return and handled on a case-by-case basis.
All shipping and handling charges previously paid for orders (if applicable) are non-refundable. In cases of returns or exchanges, all return and exchange shipping and handling charges are to be borne by the buyer.
heroes & villains ensures that each item is carefully checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days from the day the parcel was received to arrange for an exchange or refund. Each refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
As pieces are put together by hand and sometimes may contain unique or natural stones, requests for refunds due to non-defects, such as minor dimension variation, stone size discrepancies or monitor color display discrepancies will not be considered. In the event that a refund is issued to you for a legitimate defect, it will be in the form of the original payment method.
All sales items are final; no requests for exchanges or returns will be considered.
